Message from our former Chairman and Treasurer

We would like to say thank you to the working group and the club for the very kind Bay tree that arrived on Saturday morning funny enough the gift arrived on the day of my birthday, both Hazel & I appreciate the thoughts and thanks that we received with the present.

May I also say good luck and well done to all those nominated to receive a club award for 2010 I hope you all have a great evening thanks to all those involved in the organisation of the evening I hope it is a great success.

Officials and Courses

     Those of you who are currently officials at Colchester & Tendring could you please supply your official's qualification and discipline for the start of the track and field season in order that we may update our records.

      Also, anyone wishing to become an official please leave your name and contact and someone will contact you to discuss courses available to you and set you off in the right direction.

CAT's need your HELP!!

Have you thought that you would like to get more involved with your club?   There are many ways that you can.  Firstly, we will be looking at electing a new Committee very soon.  More details of this will follow shortly.

CLACTON SATELLITE CLUB
Please note that Clacton Satellite Club will continue to run over the half-term holiday.

Club Matters

We would like to reassure our members that following our brief meeting on Monday 14th February all steps are being taken to set up an SGM asap and notification of this will be duly posted.

SATELLITE CLUBS 
No satelite clubs over Half term, however, back to normal week commencing Monday 28th February. Please note Colchester Satellite Club will be at the Garrison Track from this date 6.30-7.30pm.

AWARDS EVENING 4th March 2011 
A gentle reminder that your reply slips for the Awards Evening need to be back as quickly as possible.  If for any reason you have not yet received your Invitation letter please let us know and we will get this to you asap. The evening is open to all members and their guests.
